It's absurd to be a MS 365 purchaser for so many years and have a single technical issue and have to spend weeks trolling thru message boards for help! I have been the owner of MS 365 Personal for many years, bought another computer in this family, tried to send them my access to load MS 365 (on only 2 pc's in the house), now they are the owner, I can't login, and cannot access OneDrive, cannot save any work, my 2nd computer is set up wrong simply by downloading the link I sent to them (wrong email, actually work email account of theirs has taken over both pc's). I need immediate technical support to fix this issue and log in to access my own OneDrive (retrieve mail, pictures, save spreadsheets, word docs, etc.). The fact that it's taken several weeks to try an determine the right question to ask your AI Bot questionnaire is absolutely absurd. Please give me a phone number that actually connects me to a real person to fix MY PC in addition to 2nd PC. Very Angry, Lyn

With a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, you can install on multiple devices. However, the Personal subscription is for a single user. To share Office apps with multiple users within the family, you need to "upgrade" to Microsoft 365 Family.

P.S. In the Q&A forums, you may receive a reply from an AI bot, previously called Q&A Assist; now it is just called AI Answer. The rest of us are real people, though.
