Are they loading properly on another browser? If yes, you could clear their cookies to see if it will fix the problem. To do this, go to Edge Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data. Search for the website, expand its entry, and delete all cookies associated with it. Reload the webistes and check if it works.
