How do I entering the euro sign in Outlook on desktop Windows 11? Previous answer of using alt 1028 NOT working

That depends on your keyboard layout. On my Swedish keyboard I can use one of AltGr-5 and AltGr-E (or Ctrl-Alt-5/E), but that may not work with your keyboard layout.

ALT-0128 works universally, but that's a little more cumbersome.

To type the euro (€) sign in Outlook on desktop Windows 11, use the correct Alt code on the numeric keypad:

1. Make sure Num Lock is turned on.
2. Hold down the Alt key.
3. On the numeric keypad, type 0128 (not 1028).
4. Release the Alt key; the euro symbol (€) will appear.

This works in Outlook and other apps that accept standard Windows Alt codes.
