how do i add a work account alias to my O365

I have O365 with my hotmail mail account and I want to be able to send Teams invites from my business email. I think i need to add an alias to my account but when i do it says that mailbox belongs to a business and wont let me add it? its my business !

    Hello

    Work/school account cannot be added as alias for a personal Microsoft account.

    In order to send invites from your business account, you need MS365 business tier license, not personal or family plans.
