The titles in my MSN Outlook account are not in english (chinese, japanese, Vietnamese???)

The titles in my MSN Outlook account are not in English. The emails I received are in English.

I understand that the titles in your MSN/Outlook.com mailbox are showing in another language while the emails themselves are in English. I’m happy to help you. Please reply with: 

• Whether this is a personal Outlook.com / Hotmail / MSN account 
• Whether the non-English text appears in:  
  • folder names 
  • left-pane labels 
  • message subject lines 
• Whether the issue also happens in:  
  • a different browser 
  • InPrivate / Incognito mode 

Please try these steps: 

• Sign in to Outlook.com. 
  • Go to Settings > General > Language and time, choose English under Language (Country/Region), and then select Save.  
• If the default folders are showing in another language, rename them through the language setting. 
  • In the same Language and time area, enable Rename default folders so their names match the specified language, then save again.  
• Refresh Outlook.com after saving the change. 
  • Refresh the browser, or sign out and sign back in.  
• Do not manually rename built-in folders such as Inbox or Sent Items. 
  • Default folders in Outlook.com cannot be renamed manually, please kindly use the language and folder-localization setting instead.

• If the page is still not in English, check broader language settings. 
  • Check your browser language settings and Microsoft account language settings if Microsoft pages are appearing in the wrong language.
