Hi good day!
It’s worth checking your default save location for new apps. If Windows is trying to install Roblox on a drive that has been disconnected, recently changed, or is experiencing issues, you'll run into this exact error.
Here is how you can check and update this:
- Open Settings > System > Storage.
- Click on Advanced storage settings, then select Where new content is saved.
- Check the dropdown menu next to "New apps will save to:" and make sure it is set to your primary C: drive.
If it was set to a different drive, simply change it back to C: click Apply, and try downloading Roblox again.
I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below instead of Yes or No button.
