MS Office LTSC Standard 2024 suddenly not activated

I purchased the lifetime MS Office LTSC Standard 2024 version and have been using it for some time. Now, however, it is saying it is not activated. I have the key, but it also will not let me enter the key. It says I have activated the limit of keys. How do I fix this?

The AI bot is correct. If someone sold you Office LTSC and led you to believe that you purchased a consumer (home use) product, then you have been scammed. You have to request the money back from the seller.
