Hello! Having issue where none of the MFA methods are working for logging into my personal account, which is linked to my employee account to receive the free monthly credits for testing. Wasn't able to make this ticket in Azure without filing as a sev A so trying out posting here.

If you have access to another tenant or subscription where you still have Global Administrator privileges, you may also raise a support request from there to get assistance in restoring access to the affected tenant.

@Shubham Sharma Thank you for the guidance, I apologize for the delay, I have not yet had a chance to reach out to folks.
I'm planning to try the Microsoft Data Protection route first, either today or tomorrow. This does seem like a tenant lock-out scenario as it appears the authentication is scoped to just the entra entity within Azure rather than the account as a whole.
Will follow up once I've reached out.
@Shubham Sharma Just tried calling the support line, unfortunately there was no way to get in contact with that team. I'm also unable to file a support ticket in Azure without the appropriate permissions on this account.
I think I'll need additional help in reaching out to folks, the standard avenues make it, in my opinion, effectively impossible to get help for this issue outside of this forum and outside of making a brand-new Azure Portal Account.
