Hi @Abdul Wasi ,

You can reschedule your exam only if there are more than 24 hours remaining before the scheduled exam time. You can view and manage your exam appointment from your Microsoft Learn profile:

https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

For detailed steps on how to reschedule or cancel your exam, please see:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/reschedule-and-cancellation-policy#how-to-reschedule-or-cancel-your-exam

Rescheduling is only possible if it is done within the allowed time window and through the supported channels.

    To reschedule the AZ-700 exam:

    1. Go to the Learn profile and sign in.
    2. From the avatar menu, select Profile.
    3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
    4. Scroll to the AZ-700 exam appointment and select Reschedule.
    5. The process will redirect to the exam delivery provider (typically Pearson VUE) where the new date and time can be selected.

Key policy points relevant to this situation:

    • Exam appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time; otherwise, the exam fee is forfeited.
    • If the reschedule or cancellation is attempted with less than 24 hours’ notice, the entire exam fee is forfeited and the appointment cannot be changed.
    • When within the allowed window, rescheduling can also be done via the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE support.

If the exam is within 24 hours and the system does not allow rescheduling, the policy requires forfeiture of the fee when the appointment is missed or changed late. In that case, contact Pearson VUE support directly to explain the medical emergency and see if any exception can be applied, but the documented policy is that late changes result in forfeiting the fee.
