Unlike regular USB cameras, these may require additional drivers to work on your computer. Please refer to the documentation or the manufacturer’s website to see if any drivers need to be installed additionally for the tracking device to work.

Alternatively,

1. You can open the Device Manager.
2. Expand the arrow next to cameras.
3. Right-click your integrated camera device driver and select Disable Device.
4. Doing this will enable the eye tracking device camera.

To use the external “eye camera” device to take the photo instead of the built‑in computer camera, the external camera must be selected as the active camera in Windows and in the app being used (for example, the Camera app).

Use these steps in Windows 11:

1. Connect the eye camera to the PC and make sure it is powered on.
2. Open the Windows Camera app:
   • Select Start > Search, type camera, then select the Camera app under Best match.
3. Switch to the external camera:
   • In the Camera app, select the Change camera icon at the top-right until the preview shows the image from the eye camera instead of the built‑in screen camera.
4. If the external camera does not appear, check Camera settings:
   • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras.
   • Under Connected cameras, confirm the eye camera is listed and enabled.
   • If it appears under Disabled cameras, select it and choose Enable.
5. After it is enabled and selected, use the Camera app (or other app) to take photos; the photo will now come from the eye camera device instead of the built‑in camera.
