How do I know my own password?

Im attempting to recover my old gmail account via connecting to this microsoft account, theres no OTHER possible ways that I can just "use a password manager" do this x and y so on.

Because the device that had the old gmail is gone/robbed, now Im trying to hope that I can recover my password that was used in this email..

Passwords for Microsoft accounts cannot be shown or retrieved. If the password is forgotten and the original device is gone, the only supported option is to reset or recover the account using the available recovery methods.

For a Microsoft account:

1. First, try the Sign-in Helper tool to see if the account can be accessed without the old device: Sign-in Helper.
2. If that does not work, use the Microsoft account recovery form. Before filling it out:
   • Make sure there is a working email address that can receive messages about the recovery request (this can be any active email, including a new Outlook.com address created from the Microsoft account sign-in page).
   • Collect as much information as possible about how the Microsoft account was used (Outlook/Hotmail contacts and exact subject lines, old passwords, Xbox console hardware ID, Skype IDs, etc.). The more accurate information provided, the better the chance of recovery.
3. Complete the recovery form from a device and location that were previously used to sign in to the account, if possible. Answer as many questions as possible; wrong answers do not count against the request.

If two-step verification was enabled on the Microsoft account and none of the verification methods (phone, email, Authenticator, etc.) are accessible anymore, the account cannot be recovered because support agents are not allowed to reset passwords or change account details.
