Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Office 2019 is discontinued & no longer supported. My understanding is that the installer is available only for existing licensees who may need to reinstall that version. New installations are not possible.
The oldest available standalone version is Office 2021 but that will be deprecated later this year. The current standalone is Office 2024. Older releases are possible only by MS365 subscription but cannot be updated beyond certain levels based on macOS version.
