Microsoft Account Compromised – Unable to Contact Support

My Microsoft account was compromised through a passkey that I never requested. As a result, the attacker removed my Gmail address and changed my password, effectively removing all the sign-in methods that I knew and had access to.

Since my Gmail address appeared to be completely disconnected from any Microsoft account afterward, I was even able to create a new Microsoft account using the same email address. This makes me believe that my original account was altered and separated from my email address.

I have been trying to contact Microsoft Support, but I keep reaching a dead end. Every time I attempt to speak with a support agent through the live chat, it briefly displays the message:

"An agent will be with you in a moment."

and then immediately changes to:

"Sorry, we aren't able to serve you at the moment."

The chat becomes unavailable, and I am unable to send any messages or explain my situation.

For this reason, I am asking for help through this channel in the hope that someone can provide useful guidance or that a Microsoft representative might see my case and assist me.

From what I was able to determine, the email address currently associated with my stolen account appears to be:

[[Removed PII]@aishamail.com]

I am including this information in case it helps identify the issue.

Thank you very much in advance for any assistance.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
