I think you meant Microsoft 365, the subscription, right?

If it is the subscription (not the one time purchase), Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

If you have a subscription, just go ahead and install from https://account.microsoft.com/services .

Subscription versions can always be installed on multiple devices. There is a limit to the number of simultaneous activations, though.

Follow these steps to install and activate Microsoft 365 (Office 365) on the new PC.

1. Download Microsoft 365
   1. On the new PC, go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps or https://www.office.com.
   2. Select Sign in and sign in with the same Microsoft account that the Microsoft 365 subscription is associated with.
   3. After signing in with a Microsoft account:
      • From the Microsoft 365 Apps page, select Install apps.
      • Select Install (or Install apps > depending on what appears). This downloads the installer (for example, OfficeSetup.exe).
2. Install Microsoft 365 on the PC
   1. When the installer finishes downloading, do one of the following depending on the browser:
      • In Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer: select Run.
      • In Chrome: select Setup.
      • In Firefox: select Save File, then run it.
   2. If prompted by User Account Control with “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”, select Yes.
   3. The installation will start. It is complete when the message "You're all set! Office is installed now" appears. Select Close.
3. Activate Microsoft 365
   1. On the new PC, select Start and type Word (or another Office app), then open it.
   2. When the app opens, sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the subscription if prompted, and accept the license agreement.
   3. Microsoft 365 will activate. If the Activation Wizard appears, follow the on-screen steps to complete activation.
4. If using a product key (new purchase)
   • If there is a new Microsoft 365 product key card or a key from an online purchase, first go to Office.com/setup or https://microsoft365.com/setup and redeem the key. This links the product to the Microsoft account. After redeeming, install Microsoft 365 as described above.
5. If Microsoft 365 came with the new PC
   • If Microsoft 365 is pre-installed as a one-year subscription or one-time purchase, a digital product key is already on the device. Open an Office app, sign in with a Microsoft account when prompted, and the product will be added to that account and activated.
