    Hi,
Were you not able to cancel even now? In that case, only Microsoft support can help you out.

Please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Please go to the https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

    Type "Billing" and press Enter.

Please click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support based on your requirements.

    Hi,

In this scenario, multiple Microsoft accounts are involved. Could you please take a moment to check all your Microsoft accounts for subscriptions and cancel them?

In‑game owner check (Bedrock): Open Minecraft (Bedrock)PlayRealms → select your RealmSettingsSubscription. Check the Realm Owner and the gamertag/account listed there. If the owner is a different Microsoft/Xbox profile (for example, a secondary gamertag), you must sign in with that exact profile to manage or cancel the subscription.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, if your problem is resolved, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

Thanks. I think your card was used by someone else. Run the troubleshooter. later on it will route you to an agent who will let you know who is using your card.

    Via https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft

These are the most likely causes for an unrecognized charge:

A Microsoft subscription has recurring billing enabled.

Someone you know, such as a family member, bought something with your card. You can now investigate this on the Manage your payments page.

A previously declined charge was charged again.

A pre-order or split order was shipped.

Someone made an in-app purchase from an app, game, or office.

    Note

Purchases made in Candy Crush may show as MICROSOFT*CANDY CRUSH. Contact King support in the app or at community.king.com.

Use our troubleshooter to help you understand why you have been charged.

    Start

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
