AI Skills Navigator progress not syncing with Microsoft Learn

Hello Microsoft Team,

I have completed 21 modules and 3 learning paths on Microsoft Learn. My transcript, XP (29,925), badges, and completed learning paths are visible on my Microsoft Learn profile.

However, on AI Skills Navigator, my progress is not displaying correctly and some completed modules are not being reflected. The website is also loading very slowly and frequently lagging.

Could you please check if there is a synchronization issue between AI Skills Navigator and Microsoft Learn for my account?

Microsoft Learn Username: RaviGohel-3040

I have verified that my transcript still shows all completed modules and learning paths.

Thank you for your assistance.

AI Skills Navigator reads certification data from the Microsoft Learn profile and relies on that profile as the source of truth.

If completed modules and learning paths are visible in the Microsoft Learn transcript and XP total, but not reflected correctly in AI Skills Navigator, the supported steps are:

  1. Verify the correct Learn profile is being used
    • Ensure sign-in to AI Skills Navigator uses the same account/profile as the Microsoft Learn profile where the XP (29,925), badges, and learning paths are visible.
    • If multiple Learn profiles exist, review and, if applicable, merge them so all activity is under a single profile. Guidance for managing multiple profiles and login accounts is in the Learn profile troubleshooting documentation.
  2. Allow for synchronization delay
    • AI Skills Navigator displays earned certifications and other Learn profile data and may not update in real time. It can take some time for changes in the Learn profile to propagate to dependent services.
  3. Check for known profile or credential issues
    • Review the “Missing Exams or Certifications” guidance to confirm there are no issues with how credentials are stored or surfaced in the Learn profile. Although that article focuses on certifications, the same profile alignment steps (correct login, multiple profiles, etc.) apply when downstream tools read Learn data.
  4. Contact support if the issue persists
    • If the Learn profile is correct and complete, but AI Skills Navigator still shows incorrect or missing progress and continues to lag, raise a support request through Microsoft Credentials Support so the backend synchronization for the specific account can be investigated.
