I just bought 365 for my MacBook. I can see ppt files and upload to email, but they are greyed out / not visible to upload to Claude

I have saved files to ppt on my MacBook using 365 - I can see them and upload to email - but they are greyed out and / or not visible when I try to upload to Claude. Help

    Your best bet is to contact the Customer support that product. There are several variations of Claude so their staff can best determine what needs to be done. There is nothing in any other program which makes it "Claude-Compatible".
