I have a Windows 11 system running on a Gigabyte AMD 64 bit system. I have a digital licence. My Windows environment became very old, messy and cluttered over many years from multiple upgrades etc so I saved important data and cleared my PC and performed a clean new Windows 11 install. Worked well, and activation was a breeze.
Then I had an apparent hardware issue and a 3rd party performed diagnosis etc, including updating bios, drivers and versions etc. Since then my Windows is not activated, and the error 0xC004F211 shows. I tried the Troubleshooter and clicked on "I recently changed hardware on this device". This does not succeed.
When I log onto my Microsoft account my PC is listed twice in the devices. However my digital licence is not shown in my orders.
I would rather not have to start from scratch again and re-install Windows 11 from my boot USB.
I would really appreciate somebody providing advice on how to successfully validate Windows.
