I do not receive from Outlook.com email

I have had ******@Hotmail.com account, now when someone send me email to ******@Outlook.com, I do not receive it! I thought they are same? same email, in example abcd but instead of Hotmail.com is Outlook.com

No, they are not the same. They are being treated as two different email addresses.

If you want to be able to receive email on the outlook.com address too, you need to add it as an alias to your Msft account, assuming this username is not taken by other users yet.

Sign into your personal account via this link: https://account.live.com

Go to Your Info > Sign in preference, Add an alias.

Create new: this will allow you to use the native domain outlook.com to create it.

Hotmail.com and Outlook.com addresses are not the same mailbox. Each full address (the part before @ plus the domain) must be unique, so ********@hotmail.com and ********@outlook.com are two different email addresses.

Mail sent to ********@outlook.com will only be delivered if that exact Outlook.com address exists and is set up as an alias or as a separate account. Having ********@hotmail.com does not automatically create or link ********@outlook.com.

If an Outlook.com alias was created in the past and later removed, it is permanently deleted and cannot be restored or reused on the same account. In that case, messages sent to that deleted alias will not be delivered.

To receive mail at an Outlook.com address, it must be added and kept as an active alias on the Microsoft account. If it was removed, a different available alias must be created instead.
