Learning progress and completions are tracked in the My Learning / My learning areas of Microsoft learning experiences.

    For Viva Learning:

    • In Viva Learning, go to the My Learning tab.
    • Check the In progress section for content that is still marked as ongoing.
    • Check the Completed section for items that Viva Learning considers finished.
    • If the content source does not automatically send completion status, manually mark the item as complete from its details page so it appears under Completed.

    For Services Hub Learning:

    • In Services Hub, open the Learning section and select My Learning.
    • There you can see the individual training transcript and what learning has been consumed.

If a module such as “Transform business workflows with generative AI” shows all sessions completed but the learning path is not marked complete, verify in the relevant My Learning / transcript view whether any unit is still listed as in progress and, if necessary, manually mark it complete where supported.
