Having an issue creating public trust Certificate profiles

**Hello there, I am getting errors from the wizard generating public trust certificates profiles, it keeps giving an error without much details, any ideas?
Product:** Azure Trusted Signing (Microsoft.CodeSigning)
Issue: Creating a Public Trust certificate profile fails with "Some error occurred"

Identity validation: Completed/approved — CN=NPC Labs, Inc. (id 35c51401-7ab6-4c18-8a75-6a5c7db9611b) Every attempt to create a Public Trust certificate profile (linked to the approved vetting record) fails immediately with a generic "Some error occurred." 3 attempts, all Failed.
