Double-billing question with no answer in community or elsewhere on your website

For two years in a row my credit card has been double-billed for my Microsoft 365 subscription. It happened once, correctly, in April of each year, and again, incorrectly, in June of each year. Both times I had to go to Visa to have the extra charge removed. I'd like not to have to go through this again this year. How can I prevent the June double billing?

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that second payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that second payment was for and get a refund.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

I genuinely appreciate your attempt to help. Going to the first link posted in that answer takes me to the page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5915591/double-billing-question-with-no-answer-in-communit

That page says, "You can now investigate this on the Manage your payments page. But there is no such page: That link takes me to a Microsoft signup page. I go through multiple pages of signing up, and eventually reach the page https://myaccount.microsoft.com/?ref=amc, which has not a single word resembling "Manage your payment."

Thank you for that information, if option 1 is not resolving the problem, that option in number 2 above is the only available method I know of to try to contact their support.
