Clean install of Windows 11, installed Office 365 Apps for Enterprise.
Everything fine until I go to Signatures. Then outlook dies and restarts.

I fully uninstalled Office 365 then re-installed. Problem gone. Not sure root cause, but may be due to having two different Office 365 accounts (E3 & E5) on same machine.

Thank you very much for your attention.

    Hi @Mr.Wow ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the version of your Outlook 365? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

According to my research, I found an official article that mentioned if you install an Office subscription on a PC that has pre-installed Microsoft Office desktop apps, Outlook hangs and you are not able to add a signature when you click the Signature button. If it's your case, please refer to the solutions mentioned in this article: Outlook freezes clicking the Signature button.

If it's not your case, considering that your problem is related to outlook signatures, it is recommended that you try to delete all signatures and check if there're any differences.(Signatures default path: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures)

In addition, considering the corruption of the current profile, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(control panel>mail>show profile>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

If the above is invalid, please provide relevant information on the following questions for our better research:

    • Does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any special operations before that?
    • And I noticed that this issue occur when you go to Signatures. Do you mean clicking the Signature option as shown in the figure below, or creating/renaming Signatures?

    • Do other people around you have the same problem?
