Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Giuliana Cruzado,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been unable to access your Outlook account for such a long time, especially after already trying different browsers, devices, internet connections, and the account recovery form.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only
You may try the following steps:
- Please avoid making repeated verification attempts for now, as multiple failed or repeated requests may temporarily delay or block new code requests.
- Check whether your recovery email address is still active, can receive emails normally, and is not filtering Microsoft messages into the junk/spam folder.
- Try signing in again from a familiar device, browser, and location that you previously used with the account.
- If the recovery form was not successful, you can submit it again with as much accurate information as possible, such as previous passwords, recent email subject lines, contacts, folders, or Microsoft services linked to the account. You can also review Microsoft’s official guidance here: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.
If the incident continues after trying the above steps, you may contact Microsoft Support to check what support options are available for your account:
- Go to Contact Us
- Select Show expanded list of products
- Choose Outlook > Get Home support
- Type Account Recovery in the search box, then select Get Help > Contact Support
- If you cannot sign in to the affected account, you may use a different Microsoft account to access the support options.
- Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Manage Account Security, then choose Chat with a support agent via web browser.
Please note that if two-step verification is enabled and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, support may not be able to override the security process or manually recover the account. In that case, the available recovery options are mainly the self-service verification and recovery tools.
Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
