Microsoft Learn courses and modules (like Introduction to Git) do not issue downloadable course completion certificates.

On Microsoft Learn:

• Completing modules and learning paths earns badges and trophies, not certificates.
• These achievements appear under the Achievements or Credentials area of the profile at:
  • https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements (for badges/trophies)

Certificates are only issued for:

• Passing a certification exam (for role-based or fundamentals certifications), which then appears under the Certifications tab of the Credentials page.
• Certain instructor-led courses, where an instructor provides an achievement code that can be redeemed for a course completion badge.

If a formal certificate is required, consider pursuing a Microsoft certification exam or other credential listed under Microsoft Credentials rather than relying on standard Learn modules.
