    Dear @Angela Voutier,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you would like to know how to access transcribed recordings in a Microsoft Teams meeting.

    Meeting Chat

You can access the meeting recording and transcript through the following locations:

    1. Go to Teams > Chat > select the meeting chat
    2. The recording will be posted there after the meeting
    3. Open the recording to view the transcript alongside the video

    Meeting Recap (Calendar)

    1. Navigate to Teams > Calendar > open the meeting
    2. Select the Recap tab
    3. You will find the recording and transcript under “Recordings & Transcripts”

If it's non-channel meetings: recording and transcript are stored in the organizer’s OneDrive. And if it's channel meetings, it will be stored in the Team’s SharePoint site. You can open the recording file to access the transcript.

Please understand that if you are the owner of Meeting, you must have permission or be invited to view the recording/transcript.

For more detailed information, please refer to these articles:

Manage Teams recording policies for meetings and events

Teams meeting recording and transcript storage and permissions in OneDrive and SharePoint

But if transcription was not enabled, the transcript will not be available

I hope information above meet your expectation, feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. If I misunderstand your point, please provide more information so I can support you more effectively.
