After updating KB5094126, the "user" folder and "My Favorites" folder changed to English and regular folders. Resetting restored them.

Is it mentioned in update KB5094126 [Folder customization] This update introduces a security hardening change to how Windows processes desktop.ini files. As a result, some users might notice missing custom folder icons or localized folder names for content from downloaded or remote locations. Note that access to folders is not affected. For more information, see Custom folder icons or localized folder names might not appear after installing the June 2026 Windows security update.

Is it relevant?

Hello

Yes, that's exactly what this KB update's known issue is about; it is relevant unless you cannot access those folders at all. I think you found it here, right? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/june-9-2026-kb5094126-os-builds-26200-8655-and-26100-8655-1a9bcba6-5f53-4075-8156-fe11ac631737
