Hi all, I've been having a problem with my task bar, not with my app icon buts missing/hidden wifi, volume, time icons. What I mean is shown in the image attached: Screenshot 122026-06-11 103836

I have tried the following methods but to no avail:

Restarting
Shutting down
Restarting Windows Explorer in task manager
Win + B does nothing
Win + A shows that it still there:

I also Opened Registry Editor and deleted the IconStream value under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify

I even made 2nd windows user and it show blank on that user too.

What should I do?

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Desktop, Start, and personalization | Task Bar

This was a reported problem in the Optional Preview update (KB5089573) released at the end of May, which was basically a beta version of the June update.

Do you have any utility like WindHawk installed to customize the Taskbar and Start Menu in Windows 11?

    2

    Open the Settings App.

Go to Windows Update - Update History.

What is the KB number of the latest updates installed.
