    Hello susmitha madala

I can see that even though you have redeemed the Microsoft 365 Premium student offer, but you never received the LinkedIn Premium activation email. The LinkedIn premium should only take couple of days to apply and not weeks, so I suggest contacting Microsoft Support to check on your situation:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.

The LinkedIn Premium student promotion is delivered by email, similar to other promotional or activation messages.

Based on the provided information, the main checks and next steps are:

    1. Confirm that the Microsoft 365 student subscription is active and correctly applied to the intended account:
      • Go to the Services & subscriptions page and sign in with the same account used to redeem the student offer.
      • Verify that the Microsoft 365 subscription shows as active and that the expiry/renewal date is correct.
    2. Carefully recheck all possible mailboxes and folders for the LinkedIn Premium email:
      • Check the inbox, spam/junk, promotions, and other filtered folders for the email address associated with the Microsoft 365 subscription.
      • If multiple devices or mail apps are used, sign in via a different device or a web browser and check again. In a similar case, the promotional email was visible only when checking the mailbox from a different device (for example, it did not appear in a phone mail app but did appear in webmail on a computer).
    3. If the email still cannot be found after checking from multiple devices and folders, contact Microsoft support so the subscription and associated promotions can be reviewed:
      • For general Microsoft account and subscription issues, use Account & Billing Help.
      • If using Outlook.com for the mailbox, sign in and use Help → describe the issue, then scroll to Still need help? and choose to contact support.

Support can confirm whether the LinkedIn Premium promotion is attached to the subscription and advise on resending or otherwise providing the offer if eligible.
