bluetooth is connected to my laptop but audio coming in my headphone

Question

sorry for my bad english i have done tried everything restarting bluetooth adapter chatgpt restarting to previous window drive but nothing changed i am able connect my bluetooth headphone tws i show connected audio mic everything but while playing song or any video there is no sound coming in my headphone i tried different headphones if mine is broken but nothing changed same result in that tws also i have done driver updating everything but nothing

May I please know the default audio output device selected in the System Sound Settings? Are your Bluetooth headphones selected as the default output device?

• Go to Start > Settings > System > Sounds.
• Choose your Output device.

Troubleshooting steps if you can't hear any sounds, even if you set it as the default audio output device,

Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooter> Bluetooth and select Run.

Once the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your computer and pair your headphones again.

Another method,

• Disconnect/remove your headphones from the Bluetooth devices list.
• Then go to Device Manager and expand the Bluetooth section.
• Right-click your generic Bluetooth driver, such as Realtek (R) or Intel Bluetooth driver, select Uninstall device > Select 'Attempt to remove the driver software for this device' check box, and click Uninstall.
• Once uninstalled, restart your computer and pair your Bluetooth headphones.
• Set it as the default audio output device.

See if it is working.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your Bluetooth headphones are showing as connected on your Windows laptop, but no audio is playing through them. 

Before we proceed, could you help clarify a couple of details:  

• When you play audio, do you see the sound level moving in the Volume Mixer for your Bluetooth device? 
• Is your headphone showing as both Headphones (Stereo) and Headset (Hands-Free) in the sound settings? 

In the meantime, you can try these steps below to troubleshoot the issue:  

Option 1: Set correct output device 

• Go to Settings > System > Sound 
• Under Output, select your Bluetooth Headphones (Stereo) instead of Hands-Free or other devices 

Option 2: Disable Hands-Free Telephony 

• Go to Control Panel from the Start menu > Devices and Printers 
• Right-click your Bluetooth device > Properties 
• Go to Services tab 
• Uncheck Handsfree Telephony 
• Click Apply and reconnect the device 

Option 3: Restart Windows Audio Services 

• Press Windows + R, type services.msc 
• Restart these services: 
  • Windows Audio 
  • Windows Audio Endpoint Builder 

Option 4: Remove and re-pair device 

• Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices 
• Remove your headphone 
• Restart your PC
