The exam is in beta. You are informed of this on the exam page.

You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits the beta period. You are also informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live. Nothing will appear in your Learn profile until after your beta exam has been scored.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/about-beta-exams#beta-exam-scoring-and-results

"When you complete a beta exam, you won’t receive a score immediately because the scoring model for the exam is not yet finalized. If you’ve taken a beta exam, you’ll receive your score about 10 days after the exam becomes available worldwide or “goes live” -- approximately 10-12 weeks after the beta period begins. This time reflects a comprehensive process including statistically analyzing results and data, evaluating the performance of each question and reading and evaluating all comments provided during the beta exam. As a result, you may not receive a score for 14 weeks depending on when in the beta process you took the exam. Please note that the beta exam process and the time it takes to receive your results may vary."

The GH-600 exam was taken in its beta version. Beta exams do not show results or certifications in the Microsoft Learn profile until after the beta period ends and the exam goes live.

    For beta exams:

    • No score is provided immediately because the scoring model is not yet finalized.
    • Scores are typically released about 10 days after the exam becomes available worldwide (goes live), which is approximately 10–12 weeks after the beta period begins.
    • Depending on when during the beta period the exam was taken, it can take up to about 14 weeks before results are available.
    • Nothing appears in the Learn profile (including the Certifications or Past exams sections) until the beta exam has been scored.

Once the GH-600 exam exits beta and goes live, the score and pass/fail status should appear automatically in the Learn profile and the score report will be accessible following the normal process described for exam scoring and reports.

If, after the expected beta scoring window (up to ~14 weeks from the beta start), the exam still does not appear in the Learn profile, the documented next step is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing credentials.
