Playback mov / mp4 in PowerPoint OSX version

Inserting or dragging the video file in a slide, whether is existing or new file, give only partial screen image and most black shot screen on display. video plays fine outside of PowerPoint

Video files have two formats: the container format (.mov or .mp4) and the encoding format (H.264, as mentioned by the bot).
