Title:

Microsoft Rewards account suspended, pending Alfamart Gift Card order not delivered

Hello,

I need urgent help regarding my Microsoft Rewards account.

My account (******@gmail.com) was suddenly suspended on June 13, 2026. I did not receive any prior warning or explanation, and I believe I have not violated any terms of the Microsoft Services Agreement.

The main issue is that just before the suspension, I redeemed my points for:

• Reward : Alfamart Indonesia Gift Card Rp 100,000

• Status : IN PROGRESS / PENDING

• Points : Already deducted from my account balance

• Code : NOT received in my email

Now my account is fully suspended and I cannot access the order history page or the Rewards support form to follow up on this order.

I tried submitting a support request via rewards.bing.com/support but received the error: "Something went wrong. Sorry, we couldn't process your request."

Could anyone or any Microsoft Agent please help me with the following:

  1. Check the status of my pending Alfamart Gift Card order
  2. Send the voucher code to my registered email: ******@gmail.com
  3. Clarify the reason for the account suspension
  4. Reinstate my account if the suspension was a mistake or system error

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

Rayhan Damaludin Putra

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that your Microsoft Rewards account got suspended and you are also unable to receive the reward that you have redeemed.

There are several possibilities or reasons as the system might likely flagged an activity as suspicious and this includes in redeeming or other activities in Microsoft Rewards. These systems are designed to prevent fraud and abuse, and they often trigger when but not limited to:

Multiple accounts use the same device, IP address, or Wi-Fi network.

Phone numbers are reused for multiple accounts.

Multiple redemptions or orders are placed in a short time.

Accounts appear identical/similar or behave or has the same patterns that mimic fraudulent activity.

What can be done to avoid this kind of scenario:

Separate Devices and check connected Networks

    • As much as possible, use different devices for your account and for the other member/s of the family.
    • Ensure that you are not using a proxy or a VPN service.

    Use Unique Phone Numbers

    • Treat each Microsoft Rewards account will have a unique, verifiable phone number.
    • As much as possible, do not reuse the same number across accounts. If needed, use another number only if it is not in use with another Microsoft Rewards account.

    Space Out Your Redemptions

    • As much as possible, avoid submitting multiple gift card orders in a single day across accounts to ensure that this will not be tagged as a unusual behavior.

Kindly take note that, if the system flags unusual or different behavior on ones account it will be a violation of the Microsoft Rewards Terms of Service which can get an account to be suspended or be banned. You may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team and you might need to use a different account (in the event that the form is grayed out from your account and also use a different browser or try inPrivate or Incognito mode) and let the relevant team know on what happened. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.

Microsoft Rewards account and order issues cannot be investigated or fixed from the community or general support documentation. Only Microsoft Rewards Support and Microsoft account support can review suspensions, pending redemptions, and provide details.

For a suspended Microsoft Rewards account with a pending gift card order:

    1. If possible, sign in and try the Microsoft Rewards support form again later from a different browser or device, with VPN disabled and no VoIP number involved, as these can block redemptions or cause issues with orders and verification.
    2. If the Rewards support form at https://rewards.bing.com/support remains unavailable or greyed out, this typically indicates that the suspension is permanent and no further appeal can be submitted.
    3. For questions about Microsoft account suspension in general (separate from Rewards), review the reasons listed under the Microsoft Services Agreement and account lock guidance, and contact Microsoft Customer Support if needed.
    4. For any disputes about gift card balance or account balance access after suspension, contact Microsoft Customer Support as described in the Microsoft gift cards terms and conditions.

If the Rewards suspension is permanent and the support form cannot be used, there is no documented escalation path in the provided material to have the Rewards account reinstated or to manually resend a specific Rewards gift card code.
