How to get back my Minecraft purchase order from account I don't have anymore for some reason

Hello,

I had a Microsoft account associated with my Gmail address. I used that account to redeem a Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition key that I purchased from Instant Gaming.

I still have the proof of purchase from Instant Gaming and the Microsoft order confirmation showing that the key was successfully redeemed.

However, when I try to sign in now, Microsoft says: "We can't find an account with that username."

I believe the account may have been compromised, renamed, or removed. Could you please help me recover the account or determine what happened to it?

I can provide proof of purchase, the order confirmation, and the email address that was associated with the account.

Thank you.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I please know when was the last time you were able to sign in with your @gmail.com account successfully?

According to the Microsoft account activity policy, if you haven't signed in with your Microsoft account for more than 2 years, your account will be put into an inactive state and will be closed.
