I cannot access my account - no matter what...

I used to have an onmicrosoft account and still have an active monthly membership for O365.
I have been trying to log in for several days and just cannot log in. When I do an account recovery, I get a message that my account cannot be found yet without fail the subscription is being deducted.

How can I get access to my account? I even tried adding my onmicrosoft account to authenticator but that does not help.

Any thoughts?

    Dear @Casper,

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing this especially with the subscription still being charged while you’re unable to access the account.

To better understand the issue and assist you more effectively, may I ask you to help provide a bit more detail:

    • When you attempt to access your account, what exact error message do you see?
    • Could you please share a screenshot of the error (if possible)?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried so far?
    • Approximately how long has it been since you were last able to access your business account?

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope you having a nice day and really much warm regards to you as well.

    Looking forward to your response!
