Hi. I shared one of my outlook calendars with my colleagues. Some colleagues are entitled to make changes to the calendar. So I want to get notifications or an email whenever they make a change to the calendar. Would you please help me if that's possible? I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi @ZAFER SAĞLAM ,

    Welcome to our forum!

According to your description, I have done a lot research and test on Outlook client(such as using delegate) but didn't find such an option to set notification when others change my shared calendar. I'm afraid this cannot be done directly on the outlook client. If you don't trust the colleague, the best way is not to give him "editor" permission.

You can create a Calendar in SharePoint, and then link it to Outlook (or Teams). This is how I've configured my environment. I have alerts set to send me an email whenever a user makes changes to an event; or adds an event to the shared calendar.
