Microsoft being incapable at guaranteeing your account safety

Question

My account has been hacked and the primary aliases has been changed from the original email. It is very obviously a hacker as the aliases is changed to ******@aishamail.com where aishamail is often used to change peoples email off the account. I had reached out to Microsoft support and they said they are not going to access the account to change it's security details. From another way, Microsoft is just saying they can't do anything to the account but they allow hackers to alter the informational. So what can I do besides just accepting that all my life's work is lost because of Microsoft not willing to help to recover despite all the obvious proofs laid in front of them to proof that the owner allowed them to do whatever it takes to recover the account.
