Update:
According to the screenshots you provided, the update policy seems to have been pushed successfully.
After the Intune policy is created and assigned, please check the Intune registry key to confirm that the policy has been applied. Then please force the Office synchronization to update account information.

If the issue persists, how did you update Office before?
Please check to make sure that none of the settings in Group Policy prevent Office updates. I also suggest that you go to Group Policy to enable the "Enable Automatic Updates" policy to check.
