Windows 11 22H2 is over 3 years out of date and no longer supported.

If you are not offered the 24H2 or 25H2 update automatically in the Settings app, I need to check something on your system so I can provide you with a solution to perform the update.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.,

    Hi @shashi nagthan

    1. press windows + R then type winver it's will popup one window that window show the your operating system details. os version and what type of OS like that. from here you check your support expired or not. if expired not able to update.
    2. Another way download the update from internet try to install from offline.
    3. Contact your purchased person for this issue.

    Thanks.
