    Hi @Vielca Gonzalez

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern to edit payment method details for your Microsoft 365 for Business accounts.

To do this, please reach out to your organization's IT admin and share them with these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center
    • If you're using the Simplified view, select Products, then select View payment methods.
    • If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Bills & payments page, and select the Payment methods tab.
    1. Select the More actions button (three dots) for the payment method you want to update, then select Edit.

    1. In the Edit payment method pane, update your payment method information, including the name on the credit or debit card, billing address, or expiration date.

Please note that when updating update a credit or debit card, please enter the security code before any changes are saved.

    1. Select Save.

For more information, your IT admin may refer to Manage payment methods for Microsoft business accounts | Microsoft Learn

Please also note that while you can update the name, billing address, or expiration date for an existing credit or debit card directly in the Microsoft 365 admin center, the card number itself cannot be changed on your own. To make any changes to the card number, your organization's IT admin will need to create a support ticket with Microsoft's billing team, as this cannot be modified on an existing payment method directly in the admin center.

For instructions on submitting a support request, your IT admin may refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can continue to support you. If you found the response useful, please consider marking it as accepted, as this may help other community members who are looking for similar guidance.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
