    Hi @Eddie Ibrahim

Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we go any further, I’d like to gently clarify that this is a user to user support forum. I’m not part of the Microsoft billing team, so I don’t have the ability to directly cancel subscriptions or intervene on billing matters. That said, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.

To help you check whether the invoice has been paid and review the related billing details, please follow the steps below.

A - To review the invoice within your tenant

If you’re an admin on a business tenant, please sign in at https://admin.microsoft.com and review:

(If you are not an admin, please contact your organization’s IT administrator and ask them to perform these checks for you.)

    • Billing > Bills & payments: Review Invoices and adjust the date range (e.g., past 6 months or a custom range).
    • Change billing account: If you have multiple billing accounts, select this option to review invoices across each one.
    • Billing > Billing accounts > Billing profiles: In some cases, charges may be associated with a different billing profile, so make sure to review each profile carefully. Under Billing accounts, you can also verify which email address is set to receive Microsoft billing notifications. If that email address hasn’t received any invoice or charge notification, please contact the Billing team for further assistance (see steps below).

In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

    For your references:

    B - Contact Support

Should you need additional assistance with billing, invoice visibility, payment status, or missing billing notifications, I recommend opening a support request with the Microsoft Billing Support team, as they are the appropriate team to assist with these billing-related concerns.

To proceed, please follow the steps below:

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your Microsoft administrator account.
    • On right bottom corner click on "Help & support"
    •
    • User's image
    • Describe your issue briefly then choose the "Contact support".
    • User's image
    • You may be offered options for chat or call depending on your region and support availability.

I also recommend reviewing the answer and link provided by AI above, as they may contain useful context related to your issue.

I hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to share them in the comment below. I'm very happy to help.

Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation.

    Wishing you all the best.

To identify what the invoice and order are for, use the official Microsoft billing portals and the order number on the invoice.

    1. If this is a Microsoft 365 business subscription (MCA/MOSA billing account)
      • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with an account that has billing permissions.
      • Go to the billing section and view your invoices. For MCA accounts, you can view your online invoice and download the PDF.
      • On page one of the invoice, check:
        • Order Number – the unique ID for that subscription order.
        • Product / Online Services – this indicates which subscription or service is being billed.
        • Billing Period – the date range covered.
      • On page two, review the detailed line items to see the exact product (for example, specific Microsoft 365 plans or other online services) associated with that order number.
    2. If this might be a consumer Microsoft account charge (Store, Xbox, personal Microsoft 365)
      • Go to the Microsoft account dashboard billing area and sign in with the Microsoft account that might be associated with the charge.
      • Open Payment & billing > Order history.
      • Use the date range that matches the invoice date and look for entries with Completed or Redeemed status.
      • Select Order details on the matching order to see what product or subscription was purchased; print or save the invoice if needed.
    3. If the charge is still not recognized
      • Use the official “Investigate a billing charge” flow: go to the Manage your payments page from the Microsoft account dashboard and select Investigate on the unrecognized charge. This helps determine if it is a subscription, in-app purchase, family member purchase, or something else.
      • If the charge does not appear under any of your Microsoft accounts, or you suspect account compromise, contact Microsoft Support using the official support pages and provide the invoice/order number so they can look it up.
    4. If there is a risk of fraud
      • If the charge is not tied to any of your accounts and you did not authorize it, contact the payment provider (bank/credit card) to dispute the transaction and protect the card.

These steps let the order number and invoice be matched to a specific subscription or purchase and confirm whether it belongs to the business Microsoft 365 tenant or a personal Microsoft account.
