Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
Thank you for reaching us regarding the issue.
Startup credits and startup verification are separate processes. If you already have active Azure startup credits but the Founders Hub portal displays "We couldn't verify your startup" or you cannot see a startup profile for your company, this may indicate that the startup verification process was not completed successfully or that the startup profile is not correctly associated with the account being used to sign in.
To determine your startup's status:
- Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub using the same Microsoft account that was used during the original application and Azure credit activation process.
- If business verification was approved, Microsoft documentation states that eligible startups can unlock additional benefits and credit milestones after completing verification. Verification can take up to seven business days.
- If you do not see your company profile or verification options, Microsoft recommends contacting Founders Hub support for assistance with account and verification-related issues
