Active Azure Credits but Startup Cannot Be Verified / Startup Profile Missing

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone from the Microsoft for Startups team can help.

I have an active Azure account with startup credits, but when I access Founders Hub, I receive the message:

"We couldn't verify your startup."

What is confusing is that I cannot find any startup profile associated with my account. Everything appears to be tied to my personal profile, and I do not see my company, Conux AI, listed anywhere within Founders Hub.

I've tried finding support, but the available email addresses bounce back and I have not been able to find a way to submit a support request.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Specifically:

How can I determine whether my startup application was approved, declined, or never properly associated with my account?

How do I link or create a startup profile for my company?

Is there a direct support channel for Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub account issues?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Allison Seller Conux AI

    Hi @Allison Seller

Thank you for reaching us regarding the issue.

Startup credits and startup verification are separate processes. If you already have active Azure startup credits but the Founders Hub portal displays "We couldn't verify your startup" or you cannot see a startup profile for your company, this may indicate that the startup verification process was not completed successfully or that the startup profile is not correctly associated with the account being used to sign in.

    To determine your startup's status:

    • Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub using the same Microsoft account that was used during the original application and Azure credit activation process.
    • If business verification was approved, Microsoft documentation states that eligible startups can unlock additional benefits and credit milestones after completing verification. Verification can take up to seven business days.
    • If you do not see your company profile or verification options, Microsoft recommends contacting Founders Hub support for assistance with account and verification-related issues
