I understand how confusing it can be when a feature you used regularly suddenly disappears.

Collections in Microsoft Edge is being retired, and according to Microsoft’s support information, it is no longer available starting with Microsoft Edge version 149, released on June 4, 2026. If your browser has already updated to this version or later, the Collections pane may no longer appear in the same place as before.

A few things you can check:

• If you used a personal Microsoft account, go to Bing Saves and sign in with the same account you used in Edge. For more information, please visit Organize your ideas with Collections in Microsoft Edge
• Open Edge Favorites and check whether a folder related to your former Collections was created. When Collections are moved to Favorites, only saved web pages/URLs are moved, while notes, images, and other non-page items are not included.

If the Collections button is no longer available in your current version of Edge, the retired Collections interface may not be something we can restore from the forum side. That said, if Collections was useful for how you saved and organized web pages, I recommend sharing that feedback directly with the Edge team by pressing Alt + Shift + I in Microsoft Edge, or through Windows Feedback Hub. In your feedback, you can describe how you used Collections and why you would like Edge to keep or bring back a similar feature.

Collections in Microsoft Edge are now being retired, so they may not appear where they used to, but existing content is still available.

Try these steps to find them:

1. Open the Collections pane in Edge
   • In Edge on Windows, press Ctrl+Shift+Y to open the Collections menu.
   • Or select Settings and more (… ) > More tools > Collections.
2. Look for the retirement notice
   • Starting with Edge version 145, a message appears in the Collections pane explaining that Collections are being retired.
   • From that pane, you can still view your existing Collections.
3. Move or export your Collections (if they appear)
   • In the notice, use Move to Favorites to convert saved pages in your Collections into folders under Favorites. Only web pages (URLs) are moved; images and notes are not.
   • If signed in with a work or school account (Entra/AAD), use Export Your Data to download your Collections data.
4. If using a personal Microsoft account (MSA)
   • Existing Collections can also be accessed via Bing Collections at https://bing.com/saves.

If pressing Ctrl+Shift+Y or using … > More tools > Collections does not show the Collections pane at all, Edge may be on a later stage of retirement where the feature is no longer exposed in the UI, and only moved/exported content (for example, in Favorites or Bing Saves) will remain.
