Hello,

I am reaching out to request general information regarding the registration, payment, and scheduling procedures for Microsoft Azure certification exams (specifically within the Azure AI portfolio).

My company intends to fund my certification, and we would like to understand the available options before proceeding. Could you please provide clarification on the following points?

  1. Corporate Payment Options: What methods are available for a company to pay for an employee's exam? Do you support options such as corporate voucher purchases (including via bank/wire transfer), dedicated programs like the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI), or any other direct billing methods?
  2. Payment and Scheduling Alignment: Must the exam fee be settled concurrently at the exact moment of selecting and locking the exam date on the portal? Or is there any option for deferred or post-dated payment?
  3. Scheduling Deadlines and Timeframes: Once logged into Microsoft Learn, what is the maximum timeframe allowed to schedule and sit for the exam (e.g., 90-day scheduling windows, voucher expiration policies, etc.)?

Our goal is to identify the most efficient administrative and financial workflow for my company before initiating the registration process.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance.

Best regards,

    1. You can purchase exam vouchers from Pearson Vue through Mindhub ([http://www.mindhub.com/]) - you need to contact them for payment options
    2. You must pay or use a voucher when scheduling an exam
    3. Vouchers have an expiration date by which the exam must be used. Expiry times vary by voucher so you would need to check when you purchase a voucher
