In MS teams, when I am presenting, and I am sharing content on my screen, I still want my audience to see me in the screen at the same time.. How is that possible please?

    Hi Karen,

This is possible in Microsoft Teams by using Presenter Modes while sharing your screen or content. Microsoft Teams can display both your shared content and your camera video to attendees at the same time

    Standout presenter mode

Before you start sharing, choose a presenter mode that suits your presentation style.

    To use a presenter mode:

    1. Make sure Camera is turned on in your meeting controls.
    2. Select Share in your meeting controls.
    3. Under Presenter mode, select the presenter mode you want to use. Screenshot highlighting different presenter modes in Microsoft Teams meeting controls. You can choose one of the following layouts:
      • Standout: Your video appears in front of the shared content.
      • Side-by-side: Your video appears next to the content.
      • Reporter: Your video appears alongside the content in a news-presenter style layout.
Select Add background to apply a background behind your video and content during your presentation. When you’re ready to start presenting, select the screen, window, or file you want to share.

When you start presenting, you’ll see a minimized view of how your presentation appears to others. If you close this window and need it again, restart presenter mode.

Note: While sharing, you can open the presenter toolbar and switch between presenter modes without stopping the presentation. Interactive presenter modes are available in the Teams desktop app (Windows/Mac). Attendees joining from the web or mobile app may see the shared content and presenter video differently

Additionally, you can adjust your size and position of your shared content and video feed from the minimized view of your presentation.

    1. In the minimized view, select Edit your view Edit icon .
    2. In Position, select where you want your video to appear relative to the shared content.
    3. Move the Size slider to change the relative sizes of your shared content and video.
