I have an MP4 file that i want to remove the audio and video from . How do I do this

In a video, all text and slide information has been flattened into pixels. There is nothing to retrieve in the way of text or slides.

Sorry, but there is no simple way to convert a video file to a PowerPoint presentation. It is possible to extract sepearate frames from your video, then use those as a guide for reconstructing the look of the video in PowerPoint.

Thank you so much for your reply and for confirming that you are using the PowerPoint desktop application.

Since you would like to remove both the audio and video, the best approach in PowerPoint would be to remove the MP4 media object from the slide.

You can do this by following these steps:

Open your PowerPoint presentation in the desktop application.

Go to the slide that contains the MP4 file.

Click the video/media object to select it.

Press Delete on your keyboard.

Save the presentation.

After removing the media object, the MP4 will no longer appear or play in the presentation.
