Good afternoon,
Like other users on the platform, our non-profit Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription suddenly stopped working.
10 days ago, the admin of the non-profit portal (based in Italy, for reference) received the usual monthly invoice from Microsoft (this was for June 2026), with the Microsoft 365 Business Premium (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) Donation.
However, a couple of days ago, we all started experiencing issues with One Drive and not being able to sign into the portal. This happened all of a sudden, with no heads up or any hints that the service would be interrupted. We all work primarily cloud-based on One Drive and all of my work/data is stored there. I currently cannot access my profile, and when the admin logs into the non-profit portal, there is no Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses associated with any of us.
The admin, after not being able to sort the issue out with service, purchased a Microsoft 365 Business (non-profit price) license for himself and associated it to his existing non-profit one drive live account. However, when logging back into his One Drive, it was empty. He luckily had a local copy of everything on his computer, I do not. I cannot get a new license issued if that means overwriting my existing OneDrive with an empty one, and I really need access to all my data and everything stored on my OneDrive.
Please send support on how to proceed.
Again, the invoice from 10 days ago did not give us any hints that there were problems with the service or that it was about to be suddenly interrupted, so we did not have the chance to copy or move our data before it happened.
Thank you in advance, really hope to get our accesses back as soon as possible.
