my pc often have freezed. I check this in event viewer and got error

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.This error is a certificate enrollment failure issue. Usually, it is just noises in the Event Viewer and for most of the time is not the cause of any screen freeze or crashing.

Before we proceed further, can you please check the Event Viewer another time to see if there are any other logs about the freeze? Also, may I know the degree of the freeze? Can you still move your mouse around, does Ctrl + Shift + Del work, can you still hear sound from the computer?
