Subject: AI-900 voucher not received after attending Microsoft AI events

Question

I attended AI Envision Day sessions and AI at Work: Enhancing Human Resources. I recently discovered that vouchers required completion of a playlist and a claim form. Is there any way to verify my participation and determine whether I am still eligible for an AI-900 certification voucher?
