Phone number already associated with another Microsoft 365 Developer Program account

Hello, I previously registered for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using my work email and my phone number. After realizing I used the wrong email, I deleted that developer profile. Now, I am trying to register again using my personal email, but I receive the following error: "Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account." It seems my phone number is still linked to the previous account even though the profile was deleted. Could you please help remove or release my phone number so I can complete registration with my personal account? Thank you.

First of all, I would like to clarify that as a forum moderator, I do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account cases due to privacy and security considerations. 

Based on my research, after a profile is deleted, there is typically a 60-day waiting period before a removed phone number becomes fully available for reuse. This waiting period is an intentional policy designed to help prevent misuse of the program. 

If you need to join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program sooner, the most straightforward option is to register using a different phone number with another account.
